Ain Khalas is a project of OMCT (World Organization Against Torture). It is OMCT's Libyan anti-torture network.
"Ain" in Arabic means eye, and is the eye that observes and records what is happening, such as violations of the law and cases of torture. In the logo, there's a red dot in the eye because it's the eye that records.
"Khalas" means "stop" in Arabic. In the word khalas, there is the syllable LA which means NO and which is written in red in the logo.
